It is almost like one of those commercials where they pitch a greatest hits album and do the "Star Wars Scroll" of all the top hits. Instead of the Beatles or Elvis, I am talking about the "Best Charlie Sheen Quotes:

Charlie Sheen may be 100% correct on his "bi-winning" comments, especially when it comes to Twitter. The man with "Tiger's Blood" running though his veins was just recently given the approval for a Guinness Book of World Record for "Fastest Time to Reach 1 Million Twitter Followers". Yes, you heard right. On March 1st, Sheen joined Twitter and had 60,000+ followers before even sending out a TWEET! Within 25 hours and 17 minutes, his Twitter account (@charliesheen) had over one million followers. He can now add this to his collection as Charlie already owns a Guinness World Record for "Highest Paid TV Actor Per Episode ($1.25 million)".

Besides the obvious popularity from the Special Edition of 20/20: "The Charlie Sheen Interview", the explosion in Twitter was also due to a company in Beverly Hills called Ad.ly. After a few hours of breaking down Twitter basics, Sheen was starting to Tweet and at last count had 1,273,813 followers.
