Analysis: Fading someone (Jackson) who threw 123 pitches the last game (unless of course it's someone that does that routinely) is something I'll do more often than not. The Nationals haven't seen Rusin. Morse is questionable. The Nationals may well be in "semi" shutdown mode, and their bullpen hasn't been up to snuff lately.
