Allright fellas...it is that time of year when everyone begins turning their attention to the upcoming football season...and that will definately mean a lot more opportunities to really do DAMAGE during the remainder of the MLB Reg Season and even more-so when the Post-Season arrives...So this is definately one of the most exciting times for me as a Pro-Sports Bettor because even though my main priority is making money in this market, I will be the first to admit that these next 5 months are some of my most enjoyable as well...So let me get right to it and explain what I will be offering for the Upcoming Football Season, and more importantly our Plan of Action...
First off...NCAA & NFL are 2 completely different markets all together...So what I tried to do is offer the most cost efficient way for my guys to be able to get every single bet that I make, and keep their expenses to a minimum at the same time so that even more Profit can be made...Now when September gets here, the Monthly All-Access will be $399 and that is because of the fact I will be covering so many different markets and as soon as the MLB Season ends, the Basketball will be here to take it's place and to be perfectly honest, initially it would have gone to $449, but I really was adament about keeping costs down and even though $15 a day isn't much for Winning Info...I want you guys to know I am fair...So if you were to buy the All-Access Monthly from Sept thru Dec it would cost about $1,600...I decided to offer the NFL & NCAAFB ENTIRE REG SEASON for $599 each...since so many took advantage of the MLB 2nd Half Special and will be getting the MLB anyway and when Basketball gets here we will figure it out as well...Anyway, I then went ahead and Discounted it even further all the way down to Only $499 for each (NFL & NCAAFB) for anyone who is willing to commit to this venture by AUG 15th...and also give the ENTIRE NFL PRE-SEASON for FREE, so if you plan on coming on board, I would definately look to take advantage early, even though on SEPT 1st when they return to $599 each, it really still is a great deal...
So that we don't have to go over this a few times...last year I didn't get a chance to be here for the Entire Football Season, but I was here from OCT to end of DEC and over the course of those 3 Months, we picked up well OVER 200 Units ($20,000 @ $100 per unit) and in October alone we picked up 114 Units ($11,400 @ $100 per unit)...and that is PROFIT with the Vig Included and checking back, we hadn't made any bet bigger than a 3*...What I do want you to understand though is that we were able to do that with a much lower Win% than I am aiming for this year...and the reason for that was sheer Volume...But now that we have tweaked the approach to be more selective and therefore allow anyone willing to invest to have the ability to bet every single bet we make...Because I realized that the majority of bettors just weren't able to keep up with so much Volume, but if you remember back to the NCAABB Season which is when the change was made...our results really improved...So I am really excited about what is ahead and although I don't want everyone coming in thinking we are going to win 300units this year guaranteed, I do want you coming in thinking that if you apply proper money management and are willing to follow along to the letter...there is no reason why you won't be able to turn an excellent profit like my clients already have...
But with that said...it will take a commitment from you because when it comes to football, we are not afraid to Fire away and with so many Marquee TV Games, which have always been our strongest...you can always expect to be in action. Last year, those of you who followed should remember how well we did with those type of games, Cashing Over 70% on MNF and Cashing the SIDE & TOTAL in 8 of 10 weeks during a stretch...And although what we did in the past don't neccessarily mean we will have success again...I can tell you that it wasn't a shock at all and to be honest, I really thought we could have even done better...The bottom line is that I work hard and I am willing to capp the entire board to find as many games as possible that we have an edge on so be ready to stay busy...
Although I will definately be offering all kind of Daily Packages...by commiting to an ENTIRE REG SEASON you will save so much money because for example...on a Sat of NCAAFB we will definately be offering 2 Seperate Cards...One for the Day/Afternoon Bets and then one for the Night Bets...and the reason for that is because not only does info continue to come in during the day especially since I have more sources for football than any other sport...but because it's like we spoke about in my thread...having the ability to already have Finals from the same board gives us such an edge on those games being played later on...And in the NFL, I will try to only have one Package for Sunday (Day/Afternoon), sometimes, just like last year I will receive info or see something on the afternoon games and have to then put up another Package...and then we have the Sun Night Game...so as you can see...Taking advantage of the SEASON Package will definately have its advantages...
This is going to be our 1st FULL SEASON of Football here at Pregame which is why we are all so excited and eager to make it one of our best ever...and like I said above, when it comes to football...we really go all out and look to use those 4-5 months to make as much Profit and put as much Units to work as we can because we know that for each dollar we put out, we will get it back with a nice return...That is called Positive Expectation Betting and the only way you can call your selections by that name is if you have truely shown a Profit...And so far in 2008 we have been able to do exactly that and when the Year is Over on Dec 31st...I expect us to have had an even better 2008 than we are having...
Finally, the one thing you will always get from me is "accountability"...I will always be there and DISCLOSE everything because I feel that if what you are selling is an Investment...well then you better be able to Prove it and I will always be here to answer any questions you have and I am never hard to find because I have never missed a day in the Forum since I began...That is why I make sure that I don't just let you know about a current good streak that I am having or using words like % and Units...because I am a Professional Sports Bettor who makes his Money Beating this Market...and since it's money that we are doing this for, then obviously you deserve to know how Much MONEY was truely Won/Lost with a cappers selections...I have always been willing to show you all exactly what betting ONLY $100 per unit on ALL of my Bets would have made you and the reason I am proud of that fact is because we have been able to show a very impressive profit when you consider that the majority of my Bets have been only 1 and 2 units each...I mean, it's nice to see a guy up 100units, but if he is giving out 20unit plays, then it really don't say much...

Thanks Dan...and I would have to agree with you that with the amount of Prime-Time Games, which we have always dominated...and having more than just 24hrs to capp the games and gather info...Football tends to allow us to Profit the most...and I really think that this year will be a great one because it will be my 1st Official Full Season here at Pregame and we are really looking to make a statement...
I am really glad that you have decided to join us and all I ask is that you employ patience and discipline and we will take care of the rest...You need to understand that as the season goes forward, our numbers will get stronger and reach a point where we will only need to adjust here and there based on injuries, weather, and other X Factor situations...But other than that, as soon as our Numbers are on point for the season...it should then become extremely simple to keep winning more games than we lose...
As far as 'Distribution" of the bets...I think for Subscribers they will receive "3" Updates on Saturday...and "2" Updates on Sunday...while the Thursday, Sunday, and Monday Night bets will be Uploaded at least 1hr before game-time because I receive some of the strongest info as the game approaches when it comes to Televised Games...And last year, I kept having to come back to Upgrade the bets so I want to avoid that...And after a week or 2, we should have the schedule down to a science and I plan on making it convenient so that you don't have to sit by a computer all day...Instead you will know to check it at specific times and that will be it...
I have learned from all those years of moving Steam that so much takes place the day of the games and as we approach game-time and I may do a Blog Post on the reasons why as well as those things that I am refering to which really go a long way in helping me determine the point-spread winner...

Golf...Damn right you are !! lol...because we are going to beat the shit out of them this football season and you definately won't want to miss it...But all bullshit aside, I really think that TEXT will be the next step and it is something that we have already considered because I believe that there are a lot of sports bettors these days who understand that most of the "Steam" isn't being moved until very late...and there are definately reasons for that which is anyone is interested about, I can explain in more detail...but simply put, with the line-service industry today, there is very few reasons to tip your hand early in the week completely...since the majority of lines are the same throughout, which means the days of being able to unload when they first come down is pretty much over, and although it still takes place...it is nothing like the days when books had the balls to influence the line they offer and 2 properties next to each other would be 3-5 points different on some games...and you can imagine what that allowed us to do with 2-ways...
But like I said, today's bettors are so much more informed about "Steam" and how the sharp outfits use this market to turn a profit by grinding away with their edge, as opposed to the days when sports bettors would hope to find a "lock" which was being hammered....

Marquez...the truth is, because of the minimal amount of time that I have to both, come up with and then Upload the play for you guys to get it...makes it seem almost impossible with the technology that we have at the present time...And due to the fact that we will have a lot of action going, it may make it a bit overwhelming for many...So what I may do is use the forum as a way to get any strong bets for the 2nd Half out...meaning, maybe I can have a 2nd Half thread up and when a big opportunity is present and I am able to access the site, I can just post it there...
The good thing is that I would never have a 2nd Half Bet in the first 3-4 weeks anyway because the way to beat the 2nd Halves is by gaining an edge on what the original game line is, and also by setting up possible middles...But I learned when I was running that it is so difficult to gain that edge early on because of the simple fact that the oddsmakers may not be where they need to be with the strength of their numbers...and although that gives us an edge for the entire game...it becomes a lot less advantageous for the half...But after the first month, both my own numbers as well as the oddsmakers and a few other sharps whose lines we have access to will be as strong as they will probably get because after that...adjustments are usually made due to injuries, weather, and current circumstances...and it is during these times, that betting the 2nd half will give us the biggest edge over the books...
So I will be open to any ideas or comments and will contnue to check this Blog to keep you updated on everything that has to do with the upcoming season....Thanks and Best of Luck, VR

In an earlier thread this month, I believe you mentioned possibly making plays for the second half in football games. Are you still looking into it? Or was that plan shot down? I know it's kind of complicated getting us plays in a timely manner, especially when it's halftime. But I also know there's alot of opportunities to "earn" on our original wagers for the game. Looking forward to it.
I assume the NFL package is only through the regular season and not the post season as well as NCAAFB? So no playoffs or bowl games will be included right? I just picked up both packages and look forward to a successful football season with you.
Saw...based more on sheer volume, I would say that we profit more overall in NCAAFB, because we can obviously hit a lower Win% and still grind out a very nice profit, while in the NFL we don't have as many Bets over the course of a Season...but to be prefectly honest, because I live for Televised Marquee Match-ups, I have to say that the NFL tends to get more Bigger Bets...Thanks again for your support Saw and I appreciate how classy you have been these past few weeks with the MLB and although we are focused on continuing to make the 2008 MLB Season a Winning one...I can't wait to get you guys the football and see you guys kick the shit out of your books throughout the fall and winter...

Bubb...to be prefectly honest...because this is the first time that I will be offering an ENTIRE Season...I really am not sure yet until I look at the length of the Season and things like that...But because this is the 1st Full-Football Season that I will be at Pregame, I wanted to make sure that I keep it affordable enough so that it becomes worth having for anyone who is going to be betting this year...even if they do their own work, I think it is huge to have access to something like what I am offering...just like, although I do my own work, I have a handful of sources, from current and ex-runners, to bookmakers, ticket-writers, ect...and am always looking for more...
Funny thing is, to be perfectly honest...all of my friends and guys who I have worked with and some that I still do always tell me that they can't believe that I am willing to pass along all of that for a little more than $10 a day...and if we had that access when starting out, I would definately find myself in an even better position than I am now...
You see, it's isn't just valuable for those who strictly want to follow each and every bet I pass along and invest the same way I do...but it's just as valuable for anyone else because I would definately want to know, at the very least what the "sharp outfits" are doing and what the books are doing and actually need...It is just something that I really would want to know if I was a capper and was positive that I am getting accurate info and not someone guessing based on seeing a line move...Plus since I have time to prepare for the week's bets, I am really looking forward to doing a lot more Analysis with my Picks so that my clients/partners can see what and why we are betting...and more importantly, possibly increase their level of reasoning...Thanks again and Best of Luck Fellas, VR
VR - disregard my last request regarding basketball. I just signed up for your 2 football packages and the rest of baseball. I have faith in you. I keep telling myself that VR has made a living at gambling over a period of years and it must work. July has been disasterous but from January thru June I have you up 72 units (your records say 87). I know you stress "realtistic expectations". One might think you should be up more for a 6 month period being that you were making 100+ units per month last Oct and Nov in football. Anyway - at $50 per unit x say 72 plus units less (using the $349 monthly access fee) would yield an annual profit of $3012.00 based on a $5000 bankroll and bets of 3%, 2%, 1% ($150,$100, $50). That doesn't sound like much but if my math is correct that $3012 profit from a $5000 bankroll is a 60% return which is obviously a excellent return. At $100 per unit the annual profit of $10,212 would yield a return of 102%. The reason I did this math exercise is that a profit of $250 or $500 per month doesn't sound that much for all the time and work put into this but when you look at the % return on a $5,000 or $10,000 bankroll, it does look impressive. Bottom line - I guess I did not have REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS. Let's get damm July out of the way and I am looking forward to an awesome football season. Thank you.
