Why in the world is Oregon State even doing in postseason play?  Even after all these wins in this CBI Tournament they still have a losing record at 16-17 this year.  UTEP comes in with a decent 22-12 record this year.  Usually a red flag would go up and I wouldn't take UTEP in this situation but I don't think Oregon State will be able to hang with the Miners tonight.  UTEP is 10-3 ATS on the road this year.  UTEP is 5-1 ATS in March this year.  UTEP is 11-3 ATS after a non-conference game this year and 11-3 ATS in non-conference games this year.  Oregon State is 12-54 SU as an underdog the past 3 years.  Oregon State is 1-15 ATS since 1997 and 1-8 ATS last 3 years in a home game where the total is between 130 and 134 1/2.  Oregon State only scores 59.7 points per game.  We'll recommend a small play on UTEP tonight!  Thanks and good luck, Rocky
