The net is buzzing with talk of Heidi Montag’s back scoop plastic surgery - an actual officially classified plastic surgery procedure. The back scoop procedure is the process of removing fat from the patient's back side. Fat is removed from the butt all the way up to the shoulders – source of the term back scoop.
