Odds of winning the Super Bowl:
Colts: 44%
Saints: 28%
Vikings: 16%
Jets: 12%

Preseason Odds of winning the Super Bowl:
Colts: 12 to 1
Saints: 19 to 1
Vikings: 20 to 1
Jets:  35 to 1

Colts were the 7^th favorite entering the season. None of the top 6 teams given the best preseason chance by Vegas made it as far as the Conference Championship Game!

Since 2002 (the year the NFL moved to the 17 week season), 84 playoff games have been played. The favored team has won 54 of those games, and lost 30 (64%).
20 playoff teams over this period have been favored by more than a touchdown (like the Colts this week), with 15 of them winning the game.

Prior to last week, only ONE playoff game in the last 20 years had projected score (according to Vegas) higher than 52 points. With this week's projection vs. Vikings being 53, the Saints have accomplished this twice in two weeks.

Las Vegas has posted an early point spread on the Super Bowl, making the AFC a 3-point favorite over the NFC.
