POP!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love reading your blog Dan, I've learned so much in just the past 1-2 months since I started betting.
The Bobcats were a huge letdown tonight, so I see that translating to another bad game tomorrow night...
That Cavs game had me holding my breath the whole last minute, it was insane how it ended!
I do love the Thunder and Bucks tomorrow!
Juan, there's still time for a pop if you're not in bed yet...
Hi DavidTN!
GREAT to have you around the blog! We love some fresh meat posting in here, so please never be shy about coming in and asking questions or just shooting the breeze with all the ultra-sharp NBA minds around here!!
Yea... i've been following for a month or two... haven't been doing too hot myself lately (I just do $10 bets for now to learn the trade)... did awesome the first month of betting (was +200 units at one point)... withdrew all but $100 of that, and now i'm at $40 after a couple bad beats the past 3-4 nights in the NBA.
PKmandava posted a note in the other blog, and responding to that over here...
We (the Pros) are THRILLED BEYOND THRILLED every time we hear from someone that they're learning how to handicap and how to bet.
I know we've been squeezing out a tiny profit over the last few days, if you're flat betting, and obviously we'd love to dominate like we did right after the All Star Break, but PK, you can't blame yourself.
Bottom line is that Pros are going to get hot and really tear it up, and Pros are going to get cold, and I know this is an odd approach that I have that other Pros don't really talk about, but one of my HUGE GOALS in handicapping is to make my COLD STREAKS as CLOSE TO 50/50 AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.
I think by making sure we don't LOSE BIG, then every time we win, we're slowly building the bankroll.
It helps promote good money management, and keeps the rollercoaster ride to a minimum.
Yeah, bad beats will happen, David -- it's just about trying to hold steady when those bad beats hit you a few days in a row.
I think we're doing a nice job of that here in this blog right now, of getting a few bad beats, but balancing those out with easy winners.
Then, we'll go on a 2 week stretch where the bad beats turn into lucky winners, and if we continue to get the big winners, that's when we can really surge ahead.
hey --- y'all get into the NCAA Tourney Bracket that Sink put together for the Dan Bebe nation. you can email Sink at betme@zoominternet.net and he will get you the password.
Sink says he has prizes. I have no idea what he has in mind but, you can't find out unless you get in. This should be fun. Get in.

Ah yes, JOIN THAT BRACKET CONTEST! I give my seal of approval to it!!
I joined the bracket tonight! Should be fun!
How about Orlando looking ahead for their match against Heat? and NOH looking ahead on their rematch against Den?
Anyone get on that JSU over MSU game earlier this evening in the NIT? I posted about it in yesterday's blog. Hope so - was a great situational spot for JSU and they covered by anywhere between 6 and 9, I think, depending on your line.
i see a few great looking sides tomorrow.
so dan, if you're traveling tomorrow when will your play be out?
