Hoyer, who could have played MLB, but chose to play NFL football instead, said today while a guest on the Cleveland Indian radio broadcast, that what he learned while at New England for a short time, from Brady, et al., was priceless.
Hoyer said, the Browns are very optimistic and he looks forward to getting down to official work in two weeks. He feels the Browns were well on their way to making giant strides until injuries seem to hit him and others, all at one time last season.
I watched Hoyer at Michigan St., and as a healthy Brown, and I see him not only starting, but should he get pulled sooner rather than later, for obvious reasons, I think it won't be long before he gets right back in the driver's seat. Hopefully Hoyer stays healthy the entire upcoming season.
I look for the Browns to also be a money maker whenever they are underdogs. That should be often enough to make a profit taking the Browns this up coming year.
