David Glisan bio:
David Glisan has been a full time sports handicapper for over 20 years. He has been quoted by many publications, including Reason magazine and the Wall Street Journal. Glisan's writing sports betting and handicapping theory has appeared consistently on many well-regarded websites. He has also written on boxing, MMA, horse racing, casino games, the gaming industry and Las Vegas history. In addition to his focus on gambling he has written on a wide variety of other topics including cigars, travel, technology, food, wine, dogs, and popular culture.
David co-hosts the EOG Sports Hour radio show weeknights on KLAV-AM in Las Vegas with John Kelly and does a daily audio podcast called the 'David Glisan Daily'. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in English Literature focusing on 20th Century American writers and Southern Literature. Glisan is a native of Salt Lake City, Utah and currently lives in Las Vegas with his Jack Russell Terrier, Reiger. When not handicapping he enjoys music (from heavy metal to jazz), snowboarding, mountain biking, reading and countless other esoteric interests.
