That number just indicates that a home team that is a 6-7 point favorite wins when teased 6 points 67.1% of the time, but thats just one leg. You square that number because both legs need to win in a teaser.
gotcha.....and going by original post teasing (6ts ) 7.5 to 8.5 HF is best option? 57% winners for both legs hitting
yup, or home dogs of 1.5 to 2.5 points...Dr. Meyer's post was very enlightening as well about how the lower the total, the higher the success rate is.
what is so special about this is anyone can do this, just follow these parameters blindly. Its just numbers, no analyzing sides. also, the market will adjust to certain trends, effectively making them no longer of value. Teasers, however, are tougher for the books to protect against.
if u had say 6 teams u wanted to do 2team teasers with, what is formula to determine nbr of bets u would have
Each team (6) with each other team (5) and then divide by two to prevent double counting.
So 6*5/2 = 15 different teasers.
In general, n(n-1)/2

thx , got 15 figuriing it the long way.....much faster that way
went over last season just to see how home dogs of 1.5 to 7 would have done adding 6....4 weeks had perfect record (100%) one being a 6-0 week....also a 5-1 4-1 and 3-1 week.(twice).......know about moving thru 3 and 7 but these result are pretty good teasing HD of up to 7
Very small sample size. 4.5-6.5 aren't as bad because at least you're grabbing 7 and 10. Everything else is bad though. Could be onto something with that 7 and 10 with low totals
You want a handicapping tip? Spend as much time getting a good number as you do researching games. Depositing/withdrawing/depositing/withdrawing is a bitch, but I guarantee you will lose less, or win more. I can't guarantee that for any other piece of advice

in 4 games with total under 40 teasing the side was perfect 4-0...teasing the total either way was 3-1 both ways
of course if just one game(HD +4.5 - 6.5) on weekend then cant tease two sides together
