This one will be active in weeks 2 and 14 this season.
The Browns are 0-7 ATS (-11.4 ppg) since 2005 in their season opener. The SDQL is:
team=Browns and week=1 and season>=2005
The Redskins are 0-15 ATS (-7.3 ppg) since 1989 at home vs a team that is 500 or worse on the season and is off a ATS loss by more than two TDs. The SDQL text is:
team=Redskins and H and o:WP<=50 and op:ats margin<-14

Our customers know this one well, as we have used it in most of the last 8 occurrences.
The Jets are 0-13 ATS (-11.6 ppg) since 1989 when they are off a non-shutout loss by more than three TDs in which they committed at least three turnovers.
team=Jets and p:TO>=3 and p:margin<-21 and p:points>0 and season>=1989
In the two above SDQL's pertaining to the Giants and Jets,due to the time span of 20+ yrs. what exactly is the necessary criteria that made you decide on the Giants as a play in only 'most' of the last 8 occurrences and what specifics caused you not to make them a play ?
As well with the Jets,what criteria other than the SDQL alone is necessary for your determination as whether to play on or bypass the game entirely ?
Another SDQL question for ya....I'm trying to figure out how often the margin of victory lands on three when the line is bewteen 2.5 and 3.5, inclusive.
My query was "line<=3.5 and line>=2.5" which resulted in 1,635 games. I then added "margin" to the query and the margin landed on 3 292 times. So, 292/1635= 17.8% of the time.
Did I do this correctly? Thanks!
The Raiders are 0-13 OU (-9.8 ppg) since 2005 on the road after a loss in which they outgained their opponent.
team=Raiders and A and p:L and p:TY>po:TY and season>=2005
SDQL Hint: TY is the SDQL shortcut for total yards.
