Last night the NFL schedule was released, so Scott and ken take a look at what teams have a tough road ahead and what teams may have caught a break from the schedule makers.
The Jags rebuilding season didn't get any help from the schedule makers, especially weeks 3-10, in which they play just 1 true home game over that stretch. How can that happen? Ken states that this is a reason why playing early win totals can bite you. If you played the Jags over their win total before the schedule came out then you must now really sweat that decision.
The Colts drew the NFL's second easiest schedule (behind Atlanta) and they play a team with an Elite QB just once in their final 6 games. You have to be excited if you are a Colts fan because of that. The Deflate-Gate re-match is Sunday Oct 18th at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Carolina faces no less than 9 elite QBs on their schedule, while the Falcons will not play a cold weather game all year. Their only visits to cold weather towns are in the beginning of the year when the weather is warmer, plus they don't face many Elite QBs all year.
The Cowboys have 5 primetime games this coming year and the Eagles have some very tough road games in the 2nd half of the year, while the Giants will face many weak defenses this year.
