I like the LIONS +7. This is a good match up for the Lions. They are a dome team who would have likely struggled in the elements if they had to play outdoors in January but now they get to travel to Dallas and play indoors in a stadium that isn't known for having a great home field advantage. Dallas has been able to control the line of scrimmage this year and move the ball with DeMarco Murray which has opened things up for Tony Romo. However the Lions are the number one team in football in yards per rush attempt allowed (by a comfortable margin). Dallas will struggle to run the ball which will throw their whole game plan off. Because of this I expect a relatively poor performance from Tony Romo. Detroit is stronger at passing than they are at running and Dallas is towards the bottom of the league in yards per pass attempt allowed. These two played last year with Detroit winning by 1 and holding Dallas to 2.4 yards per rush attempt. Finally Dallas is a public team who has been playing well lately which has led to them becoming overvalued.
