Hi guys and gals,
Victor King of King Creole Sports down here in beautiful South Florida. We've got a big AFC East battle upcoming between the Jets and Patriots.
Let's GET IT ON!
Looking forward to seeing what the Pats do today. King, do you have a play on this game?
One of the Pregame Pros... Been handicapping professionally since 1991... been working at Marc Lawrence's PLAYBOOK since 2000.
Primarily a sports systems analyst woring with and inputting all College and Pro results in our Playbook sports databases.
Usually focus on NFL and College Over / Unders.... with an occasional Underdog play now and then.
Yes. I do have play in this game. The Jets qualify in the same 2009-specific System which also just cased with the WASHINGTON REDSKINS. So I'm riding the double-digit division dog in this one...
Just wanted to stop in and say hello and best of luck...I've definitely seen plenty of your work King...and have seen some impressive stats come out of those databases you guys work...Best of Luck...VR
Now that were more than halfway into the 2009 NFL season, we can take a look at current YTD results to help us pinpoint the most profitable situations thus far. Here we go.The best situation for Underdog profits in 2009 has been for DIVISION road doggies. These teams are 23-12-1 ATS thus far. That includes the WASHINGTON REDSKINS and NEW YORK JETS. And we note that with the worm turning lately (Underdogs have been GREAT in the last 4 weeks). We also note that these division puppies have gone a very impressive 14-2 ATS in the last 4 weeks.
The best subsets for our base 66% System (23-12-1 ATS) is for:8-2 ATS for all DOUBLE-DIGIT dogs (JETS and REDSKINS)6-1 ATS if playing off a SU underdog win (WASHINGTON)and 4-0 ATS if playing off a SU favorite loss (NEW YORK).
A little more "ATS ammo"....
The Jets not only LOST as a home favorite last week (to Jacksonville) but they lost their previous game ALSO as a home favorite (to Miami).15-4 ATS last 6 years: All NFL teams playing off 2 STRAIGHT home favorite losses . Most profitable subsets are:5-0 ATS vs any division opponent (JETS)and10-1 ATS vs any opponent thats > .500 on the season (like the Patriots).
Now, with all that said... I wil ALSO point out that I have TOM BRADY and WES WELKER on my first-place Fantasy Football team. SO I wouldn't mind seeing a fairly high-scoring game in which the dog brings home the bacon!
Good luck with the play. I went squarest of the square by parlaying the NE money line. Ijust don't think there is any way they lose this game.
