I think NO loss at seattle still fresh in their minds. If there is any coach I can trust to do that its Sean Payton. Brees played a terrible game and had some unlucky bounces. If they could limit their turnovers they have a shot. I'm not afraid of Seattle's O and I think Brees can still keep pace if they keep em to the low 20's. NO Def and running game has been playing a lot better. Ingram is playing possessed and I like the running back corps they put together down there. This game will come down to turnovers. If NO puts the ball on the ground and throws picks I'm finished. I think they will do better. After playing in 20 degree weather mid 40s will be balmy. The rain will make it tough, but both teams have to play in it. I'm hoping seattle keeps thinking its all sweet and sleep on em like the eagles did. Payton better put a spy on RW and just contain and make him beat you with his arm. Defensive line is getting off their blocks and tackling has been better. Mistackles do worry me and they better limit Lynchs yards after contact. If not it'd be over quick. I hope Payton made them watch that Lynch run from a few years ago over and over again.
As for NE, I think they will miss the likes of Gronk. I'm telling you there will be some dropped balls by wide receivers, rb fumbles, and mathis will get his. Colts D line can pressure brady and get in his head. We all know how he gets when he starts getting hit and his wideouts don't get calls. I hate brady, hes always crying for calls. He usually gets them too. But when he doesn't he gets flustered and tries too hard sometimes. Pats secondary will have a hard time covering all of Lucks weapons. If they arent paying attention, he'll just tuck it and run for a 1st down. I think colts come out firing. Their D needs to force some turnovers and put NE in scramble mode. Both QBs can come from behind and its gonna be one of those last team with the ball type games. The colts sleptwalk through the 1st half of the KC game and luck started pretty bad. Hopefully he got all that out of his system and he comes to play tomorrow.
I also got both of em with the points also and teased up every which way. A NE or Sea Blowout will make me a very unhappy camper. I'm also not afraid of Brady in the rain, maybe if the weather was calling for snow, then I'd be on NE.
Sourdeez- Good point. Never looked into that. I'm not that type of capper I guess. I just bet according to what I see. What happens in the trenches, how fast they get off the ball. Dumb penalties etc etc. And the colts got their ace up their sleeve. Adam Vinatieri. Don't let this game come down to a colts FG. That would be truly serendipitous.
