A great way to maximize profits. Tonight a great example. You could have gotten Cincy +7.5 tonight earlier this week and at some point Pitt +1 to +1.5. Great Middle opp.

i blindly tease home teams through 3&7. also, personally liked NO -1.5, so i bet NO -1.5 and had TB in a teaser at +8.5. Not sure if this is smart. I know the teasers are +EV and i wish i could say with confidence that by personal bets ATS were +EV lol
And so there you go. My scenario worked tonight.

You want a handicapping tip? Spend as much time getting a good number as you do researching games. Depositing/withdrawing/depositing/withdrawing is a bitch, but I guarantee you will lose less, or win more. I can't guarantee that for any other piece of advice

No, but I do consider doing 2-way teases with 13pts...this opens up a 26pt middling window. If the books add 1.5pts of teaser protection to the favorite at release (meaning the dog gets an extra 1.5pts) -- and I really like the dog (but also really like the favorite), I will tease them 13pts which yields me 14.5pts net. Then, when the book removes the teaser protection 1-day to 1hr before kickoff (making the favorite 1.5pts cheaper), that is when I move in on the favorite and tease them 13pts...the net result is a 27.5pt middling window.
5Dimes seems to be doing it more than any other book these days, followed by Pinnacle. 5Dimes did it this week with New England, launching them at -12.5 (while everyone else launched at -11). At 11:58pm EST on Saturday, they abruptly & predictably brought the line back to the current status quoe of -10.5 so that they would look competitive amounst the rest of the books when tons of bets come in in the final hours...this was the time to step in on the favorite tease if you were liking it. They use this tactic whenever there is a 'mismatch' and they know the favorite is going to be teased HARD, but I like using it against them in many spots, and that's how you do it... ;)

fully respect your knowledge LC....not saying tease every bet u make...used the ex at top since 6pt home fav and could get at pk on teaser......I dont see how u can go 0-3, lose teaser and both side bets on dog so it seems like u are risking one unit for possible 3 units....(if things fall right).......if 1-2 is worst outcome.........have not gone back to check prev games, was just thinking about it yesterday...and 6pt fav is not crossing 7 on fav down to zero or pk on 6 pt teaser
