I emailed support@pregame.com it's the only email I could find.  I'm just going to lay off that pick.  Shitty deal to be out $25.00 but I'm unsure and can't afford to be on the wrong side of VR

I forwarded this to JD . . . he will make sure to clear up the confusion, and refund you for any value you missed out on.

Just read this on my "before bed email sweep". Will follow up and personally respond tomorrow morning. Will make sure this is handled to your satisfaction.

I logged into support and did not find any outstanding issues and then last email into support was 9-22-2012. That being said, skip over support and email me on this personally at johnny@pregame.com.

I had the same problem last night. The play on the o/u and the true line were mirror opposites. I actually had another problem earlier this weekend, but never received a response from my email to support. Please let me know as well JD.

Any issues that you feel are not handled to your satisfaction can go right to me at johnny@pregame.com. I will contact VR right now and have him follow up to this thread.

Sorry for any delay on the question but it was an extremely busy weekend and I was so exhausted last night that I actually fell asleep before the game was even over.

Forive me for any confusion it may have caused and I am certain JD will work something out to compensate for the inconvenience and he's already got my approval to do right by all of you who felt slighted.

Truth is, I was looking at the "Opening Line" for the MNF game (45) and somehow subconsciously typed it in rather than 38.5 which was my True Line..

Again, I couldn't be more sorry for that mistake and I only wish I could say that I'll never make another one..

With that said, I do try to be as accessible as possible via http://twitter.com/vegasrunner for immediate responses..and check in on the forums to pass along what I can and to be candid, read as many posts as possible to gather info from so many on here that I truly respect..

So I feel absolutely awful for inconveniencing the very people that obviously show me the most support and continue to use my information to try and uncover some value and cash tickets..Especially this year which has been amazing overall, and more importantly in football..
