First id like to start off with how about the akron zips....3 straight covers and 4 straight overs...like i said there not ur father's or brother's Akron Zips...

anyhow what a great day in college football yesterday.....calling outright upsets in central michigan and unlv highlighted bets like auburn and kansas state....listen here is a secret dont ever bet against synder....ever....if u dont like his team dont bet against them.....

and the reason the oakland raiders......what i know that u should about them.....

in the video by rj and vegas runner....what a great breakdown however ill add to this a little....

this is a key game for oakland.....not as much for pittsburgh....

well first off history two storied franchises and owners of oakland that would want a win against pittsburgh....what alot of people dont know was how these owners al davis the late and the owner of the steelers debated over different idea's and concepts of football throughout the years and these teams when they met focused strong physical games against each other.......the low point of there conflicts happened two years agao when pitts killed them 35-3.....

whats different now?

new coaches abound in oakland where 3 of there coaches come over from houston texans....thats very important bec if all of you would rem of last year houston dominated pitt in stats in the game they played against them last year...so the coaches of oakland have a great zone blocking system that will hurt a less then full strength pitts defense....so they have a plan.....

how about the pieces?

well on the injury front oakland is hurt in the secoundary so they went out and signed ross an ex gb packer who played against the for mentioned steelers wideouts...and has seen there speed..so i dont see them running away from the defenders here....

another big piece is carson palmer......in the video rj discusses how top flight qbs vs low flight qbs fair against pitts defense...that is totally correct but what would u call carson ....i would call him an exception to the rule...y would i say that is because he gameplanned for years against the steelers defense ...he knows the blitzes and where they come from and how much time he has to get rid of the ball...also does anyone know who is in the top 5 this year in passing yards....carson is number 3 overall bet alot of people didnt know that........

scheduling....

the reason y this is such an important game for oakland is that they play denver next week...which should be a pretty easy game for oakland the reason y is that the hc was the dc there last year so if they win here and next week there at 2-2 and a plus one in the division....the hc is a sleeper for oakland in that game bec of the familiarity of the defense and the holes that it has bec he worked with them ....solely last year...

the hc is a sleeper as well as denver and him being the dc oornator there last year had a great gameplan for them in the playoff game and it just so happens that pitt comes in with the same problem as they did last year not having an explosive 10. yrd a rush rushing game....i expect plenty of 3rd and long distances here....

perception.....

pitt destroyed the jets last week but wasnt shown was the inept offensive line the jets had in that game....in this one they have a premier running back on oakland side and a qb who has seen them before and is seasoned.....oakland on the other hand looked horrible against dolphins however that game was there worst possible scenario for an opening team they played on monday night the week before in the late game....then went across country and played a 1 pm start....in miami's opener w a new staff and head coach with hardly any gameplanning bec the staff was just put together....

Oakland +3.5 i personally think they win outright

well i gotta tell you all i missed with tb last week bec i bet giants moneyline but if i knew what i now know i would have been all over tampa.....tampa's coach one of there asistants was the qb coach for eli manning for 3 years they knw the offense his tendancies and everything going into the game.....the game changed though in 4th bec eli just would throw it up breaking his tendancies and tb blitzed way to much if they would have played prevent (prolly the only time it would have worked all they had to do was take time off the clock) now since that guy was on the giants staffed who did they play the most .....most likely dallas so the gameplan for this game should be great....and with revenge from last year i cant think of a better way to get that back then on opening day for dallas........i even like schiano descion to go and hit the lineman if u listen to the players of tbay there buying in and thats all u need with a new regime.....go tampa and at +15 in a tease ill take that all day when both teams pts allowed is in the 22-25 range.....

another game that intrigues me is tennessee now ...if u think ur getting the tough detroit defense today good luck on that bec they have more walking wounded in tennessee then there was in the civil war in tennessee....tennessee should and will score some points today...+10 all day....

last game i like in a tease w oakland is san diego.....atl coming off monday night ...has no running game and has a worse defense then san diego .....san diego is at home across country flight...and the dc nolan for atlanta was the dc with turner in washington.....so there is familiarity here....also lt for atlanta questionable and the running back for san diego coming back...ill take san diego +4........................................................
