A few thoughts about Carolina odds, RJ posted(1/18/12) "next yearsSuperBowl odds" from LVH effective 1/16/12, in this post Carolina was a 40-1 shot, with a few posters thinking Carolina was "worth a shot", and I was in agreement. Now Carolina has moved to a 52-1shot, that big move scares me into believing that VegasBooks think that Carolina will not make the Superbowl. I have not done any research, but Carolina must have not gotten much help on their defense in the off season.
Also some additional thoughts for Carolina the first few weeks of the season concerning the future weekly lines. The first week Carolina is +3 vs TBay, Then they are +2.5 vs NO the next week, then Carolina is a Pick vs Giants in week 3. How can you justify Carolina +3 vsTBay the first week of season and then two weeks later a pick vs the superbowl champs??

the 52-1 could just be other teams getting money and they are trying to get Carolina money. those futures will be all over the place.
