With the exception of the week I was out of town on vacation I have provided the Pregame forum a complimentary NFL side release. The record with these releases enters this week with a record of 8-4. Last week was frankly the worst of it as the Dolphins got smoked in Baltimore. We will rebound this sunday with another winner. I am very confident in that.
Most of my selections have not been real popular, and to be candid that suits me to a T. I booked too many years to run with the herd as a rule. Only sure thing about following the crowd in sports wagering is you will have a special place in your bookies heart. Book makers absolutely treasure square bettors, they are pure money most weekends. This week I am going right back to the horse that just threw me off. Yup, I am going back to the Dolphins as I look for them to get back on the winning track at home this sunday hosting the Cardinals. Yes, the Cardinals won their game at home last sunday against Washington. Actually it was part their own doing and to a large degree an early christmas present courtesy of the Washington Redskins. Actually it was about time they covered a number, it was the first game in six they actually came through for bettors. I see them reverting this sunday in Miami. The Dolphins had prevailed in a solid six straight games prior to last weeks stumble in Baltimore. Frankly I also think the Ravens are a team somehow flying under the radar somewhat. In years past I would not expect much punch back from the Dolphins but this team seems a little different. They seem to be wired a little stronger. I well recall that game just a couple weeks back in Los Angeles when the Rams had them by the short hairs with just a couple of minutes to go. Many teams would have folded, not this years Miami team. Yes, it was the Rams but coming from behind on the road in the NFL to win get's credits in this guys book. I simply do not view the Cardinals of this season as a serious post season player, on the flip side I think the Dolphins are feeling it. Last week sucked, but I will give them a mulligan on that one. I say play the Dolphins this week guys. As I type this up they are either laying a point or pick em depending on the shop.
On the business end of things for me personally I cashed my last NFL Triple which actually just came monday night with the Colts blowing the Jets off the field. For reasons that totally escaped me the Jet's became a trendy pick monday afternoon and some folks got spooked. I saw no valid reason to trust the Jets monday night but even I was kind of shocked at their pitiful effort and performance. Anyway, that is water down the river at this point. I am coming right back with another huge NFL Triple for thursday night. Big game at Arrowhead between the first place Raiders and the Chiefs. I love the game enough to tag it a Triple. My clients know I don't publish releases on every prime time game. When I do it's legit. I have cashed the NFL Triples this season to date at a 73% clip.
Many thanks for stopping by and best of luck this weekend. One piece of advice, pay attention to where the herd is galloping. Following along more often than not will have a bad outcome for you. Just trying to help.
