Cam does a lot of great things for fans and shows what appears to be sincere appreciation for others through charity work and sharing of his time with schools, hospitals, etc. It's unfortunate that some fans label him arrogant in spite of the good things he does. It's amazing that athletes don't have agents or mentors to teach them that 1% of their actions can negatively influence a large percentage of public opinion, negatively or positively. When image is everything, why would athletes put themselves in positions to fail when succeeding seems easily attainable? Seems like the main rule is; just don't f*#% up! Johnny Manziel. Ask Arnie, Federer, Gretzky, Ripken, Magic, Jeter and others who knew the value of public perception. It's clear that Cam's actions haven't made him less marketable for endorsements and nit picking the Superman act might seem trivial. While I'm not offended by the Superman act, wouldn't Cam be better served to focus on the less self-serving acts and let everyone recognize him for the numerous gracious acts he performs, like the cool gift giving to kids after scoring a TD? Getting a football from Cam would be awesome for any kid. Good for him!!! Billy White Shoes Johnson did a dance that withstood the test of time, people loved it. That's different than saying "I'm Superman"! I have to stop drinking early in the day.
