There are differing thoughts on whether or not to hedge.
I may be in the minority but I am in favor of hedging when possible, especially if you are betting every day or several days a week throughout the year.
My approach is that the 'gamble' is in getting to the position whereby a profit is 'guaranteed' based on doing a hedge.
Ideally, the hedge can be such that the net profit is the same regardless of whether the hedge or the original bet hits.
Tonight's game -- and the situation descirbed -- presents a very attractive situation since if you do part of the hedge on the Money Line and part of hedge on Baltimore plus the points (cuurently +10 can be found) you also give yourself the chance for a middle (if Arizona wins by from 1 to 9 points).
Just my opinion but this is how I often approach similar situations when the opportunity is presented.
