24-23, but up units last year, I like the 49ers at pick'em.
Kapernick got all the blame last year, but the 49ers offense has always started with the offensive line, and when the teams starting center and right tackle were unable to play most of the season, and team lacking depth, the 49ers running game and protection struggled. This year the right side of the offensive line has been replaced, and has look good in preseason. The 49ers receivers also struggled with Davis hurt and Crabtree not the same player off the ACL injury, but Crabtree has been replaced with Smith, and Davis is healthy. The 49ers defense was solid last year, and despite losing an aging Willis and Borland, the team get there best linebacker Bowman back, as while as 2 starting nose tackles, Dorsey and Williams, The 49ers will also get Brock back at corner, and have 2 solid safeties in Reid and Bethea.
Minnesota has gotten much hype this offeseason, but Petersen will be playing his first regular season game in nearly a year after not playing much in the regular season and Bridgewater and Wallace will take time to develop chemistry. The Vikings also lost best and most important offensive linemen at tackle, and don't have solid replacement. The Vikings defense is average, and the defensive line has only one above average pass rusher.
I think the 49ers will control the line of scrimmage and give Kapernick time to find an improved receiving core. Hyde has looked good last year and in preseason, and should upgrade the running game. The 49ers have been strong against mobile quarterbacks Wilso
