Geno is average at best on his own. Once you look at factors such as offensive play calling(won't commit to the run, part of that is Geno's fault because on occasion he has put the offensive co-ordinator in tough spots with early turnovers). The talent around him is sub-par. I don't like his decision making when he has the oppurtunity to make plays with his feet on a consistent basis. And like slimschadey said, Geno does have a negative home field advantage although some of that being his own fault.....not like the Jets rarely ever have a home field advantage regardless of him starting or not for most of their recent history, so that is even more of a negative. Once you include these factors, yes I don't like his chances of even being a consistent starting QB, especially under this regime.
