I placed a wager in 7th at Delta Downs tonight and won. I went to check the winner and it ws gone.
I didn't write down thre ticket number b/c I never had an issue before.I belive they saw my recent run and decided to test me on winners.They know I don't write down ticket numbers b/c I couldn't provide one.I pleaded and tried to negogiate with the online guy, but he was rude and never read my concerns or replie din any positive manner.I'm w/o cell b/x lost old one, with new phone arriving Thursday, so should I wait and call or give me a suggestion on how to proceed.My other books always compromise or help in some way ,but 5 dimes did nothing.Any previous dealings with good news?

It sucks man but if you don't have a ticket number or a screen shot you are out of luck. Try talking to Tony on live chat. I guarantee his answer will be something to the effect of "We have written 5 million tickets without an issue, and yours just happened to not work?" I'm sure they have had issues, but that's what he'll say.
You want a handicapping tip? Spend as much time getting a good number as you do researching games. Depositing/withdrawing/depositing/withdrawing is a bitch, but I guarantee you will lose less, or win more. I can't guarantee that for any other piece of advice

And you have to be sure you entered your password after making a bet for confirmation. Sometimes that request for password confirmation appears close to the bottom of the screen where you may forget or overlook it before closing out.
Give a FULL REVIEW faultless..

Well I'll warn you, Tony won't do anything anyway, and he'll probably make you feel like an ass. He could care less if he has your business. If you have a legit problem W/PROOF he will absolutely make it right. Without proof he'll tell you tough shit
can u tell you now there is a 99% chance nothing will happen. no ticket, screen shot etc, no options. i would get in the habit if taking a screen shot and saving them in a folder. or just hit print each time bet is confirmed. pain in the ass, but only takes one bet you swore you made to make it worth it.

Not got an account with 5d but surely they must be an online record of your bets placed etc will that not show that your account balance is wrong as you placed your wager. Also is there not some sort of arbitrary company you can ask to investigate ?
Problem is that internal record is controlled by them, and they aren't going to say its any different than the one you can see. SBR handles complaints, but you have no leg to stand on without a ticket or screen shot. Plus, they arent going to bend over backwards since they are one of their biggest sponsors.
