Nobody ever endorses Sportbet.com but I think, although there are no bonuses, depositing with western union or moneygram is the best way to go. That way you don't have to mail in copies of your license or credit card and you can withdrawal whenever you want from the same method (either moneygram or wu)...you cashout, they process it within a couple hours, go get your money. Easy breezy
I left Bovada a few weeks ago and went over to 5dimes. The GUI isn't as nice, but the lines are up a lot earlier, reduced juice, pretty good support. I'm very happy with the move.
