yes they are not the fastest
slow is a understatement. lol slowest in the business
because they cater to recreational players and dont want to get crushed by sharps before they can recognize them, flag them and reduce their max play

If you want to bet the underdog in a game then its a good book to use. Other then that its a lousy book, horses and poker are OK.
