I have a local, but he only lets me do MLB, NBA, CBB, NFL, CFB, and NHL and doesn't let me do props or moneylines.
I am looking for a sportsbook that has easy payouts, lots of sports, and lots of prop bets.
Also, if someone can explain to me what I have to do for the credit card fax authorization and identification I'd really appreciate it. I had 5dimes, but didn't know what to do with the credit card fax stuff.
So, I would prefer to avoid the credit card authorization stuff and just have it transferred to a paypal or moneygram or directly into my bank account.
Any advice will help, thanks!

For all your wants, 5dimes if your best option. You say you did not know what to do with the CC authorization. Did you try asking them? It's not hard, just ask. You can also deposit via P2P with 5D and get one free P2P payout per month. The request has to be made on a Monday morning. You will get your money in 24 hours.
No book on the planet transfers to Paypal
Lots of books use both WU and MG for P2P
Lots of books use bankwire but there is usually a fee attached
Hope this helps
You want a handicapping tip? Spend as much time getting a good number as you do researching games. Depositing/withdrawing/depositing/withdrawing is a bitch, but I guarantee you will lose less, or win more. I can't guarantee that for any other piece of advice

Betus is the best imo
BetUS blows, and they aren't accepting new US customers
Bear in mind, if you go with 5D, they won't bend any type of rules to help you out in anyway. Here is a conversation I just had with them asking for their free Monday payout which must be requested before 1pm edt.
5D: That is no longer available
Me: It's 12:59
5D: It's 1:01
I like 5D

haha geez Lloyd that stinks! I was leaning 5D, does the P2P work for U.S. customers as well? and do you know other top notch sportsbooks that do P2P. I'm really trying to avoid the authorization and fax stuff but will do it if need be.
