I just sent my documents in on Tuesday night and got my Western Union transaction # last night so it didn't take long at all.

So you make a withdrawal request first and then that's when you send docs and they send you the authorization form to fill out?

I got the docs after I requested a payout, but they have live help too.  You can instant message them and I bet they can email them to you.  If you submit a payout request, they will cancel that request and send you the documents.  You will then have to resubmit your payout.  Its a short form and you scan and email your credit card and ID.  It didn't take much time at all to process everything.  Good luck!

He is right. Talk to live help. Very useful.  You can request anytime in morning, but to get free..you have to request on Monday. You can also take a pic from your camera phone of id and credit card.
