Been at Sportsbook for few years, but slow payouts are killing me. Where can I find the pregame bonus to sign up with 5 dimes?
Don't take the bonus from 5D, go with the reduced juice. You will save a lot more in the long run
You want a handicapping tip? Spend as much time getting a good number as you do researching games. Depositing/withdrawing/depositing/withdrawing is a bitch, but I guarantee you will lose less, or win more. I can't guarantee that for any other piece of advice

I think and not positive but You should still recieve the PG bonus if You sign up with 5-Dimes and want to use reduced juice. Pry a good ? for Johnny Detroit. Or go to Pregame Action. pregameaction.com ask them.

I use 5Dimes. You will automatically be signed up for Reduced Juice and stay there till you request a different bonus. Reduce juice is significant in many plays. Good luck
