SEMO AT SIU-E
SEMO comes into this game with a 8-4 conference record and a league leading ATS record of 9-3. SIU-E has a conference record of 5-7 and 7-3-2 ATS. This time of year teams are starting to play each other twice. SEMO has done that twice previously beating UT-M 73-71 on the road and then 86-56 in the return home game. They also won at home 80-73 against EIU and then won 74-53 at EIU in the return game. SIU-E beat Tenn Tech at home 83-68 and then lost the return game on the road 98-80. They also beat Jax. St. at home and then lost on the road 76-65. As you can see SEMO dominated their only two return games so far this year while SIU-E lost both of their's. SEMO pretty much dominates the stat matchup. They lead the conference in four important stats, FG% (50.5%), FG% defense (40.5%), RB Margin (+5.6), and Assists (15.3). As I said in my last SEMO post, Nick Niemczyk was back in the starting lineup after missing the previous five games with a concussion. One good thing that came out of his missing five games was the emergence of shooting guard Cory Wilford. Cory was a second team JUCO All-American and just hadn't been able to get into many games because of a lack of available minutes. He is every bit as good as Nick and Marlon Smith. SEMO doesn't have a real standout shooting guard like Isaiah Canaan for Murray of Kevin Murphy for Tenn Tech but they have three VERY good shooting guards who can put up 15-25 points on any given night. This fits in perfectly with their strong inside play of Tylor Stone and Loen Powell. I look for SEMO to continue their strong play in return games against the second worse scoring defense in the conference.
SIU AT INDIANA ST.
Both teams come in with a 5-9 mark in conference play. SIU is 8-6 ATS while ISU is 5-9 but ISU is 4-1 ATS in their last five games. One telling stat for me is in their last three road games SIU has scored 49-40-42 points. In their last two games (at home) they scored 54-53. In ISU's last seven games they were only at home for two of them and they won and covered in both. This SIU team has hit the wall once again. They are 1-6 in conference road games and 2-5 ATS. I'm also going to add a small 1* play on the under.

WICHITA ST AT CREIGHTON
I can't help myself. This one just keeps calling to me. This Creighton team is VERY tough to beat at home. I don't care if they've lost their last two (on the road) I just don't see them losing three in a row. How can you not take Creighton at home in a conference game when all they have to do is win the game.

Money Doesn't Buy Happiness...But I'd Rather Cry On My Yacht
Doughboy Played SEMO for the game then again for the 2nd half!
Creighton got embarrassed in their own building 89-68. Wichita St. made everything they threw up shooting 58.2% from the floor. I also lost a 2* 2 half play on Creighton. That game ruined what would have been a good day otherwise. I talked in my SEMO write-up about how any one of their three shooting guards were capable of having a big game on any given night. Well Marlon Smith scored 30 tonight along with 9 rebounds to go along with the inside game of Tylor Stone who scored 20 and had 9 rebounds. Now everyone can't wait for their next game when Murray St. comes to SEMO for the return game next Wednesday. We go 2-3 - .25 units on the day. YTD record 121-97 +24.76 units.
