CBB @ Pregame: 22-11, +8.8*

Back this year are Doc's CBB rankings and match-up pages. These are intended to help the handicapper as well as the tout on their quest to the promise land of sports betting.

The Rankings are in one tab while the match-ups for the day are in the other tab at the bottom of the page. For those that suck at Math or maybe don't have the patience for it I've listed a "recommended" tab to show which teams have the edge ATS using Doc's rankings. Wagers are on this page.

Here's the link for today's Rankings and Match-Ups.

In the end the goal should be to beat the closing line. If you can do that in the long term you can win.

Friday 12/2/16

1* Indiana -25.5

On 12/1 edges against the line that were 15 points or higher went 0-0 ATS

On 12/1 edges against the line that were 10 points or higher went 2-1 ATS

On 12/1 edges against the line that were 5 to 9.5 points went 2-1 ATS

On 12/1 edges against the line that were 1 to 4.5 points went 4-1 ATS

The SU record on 12/1 was 17-3

Judging by the ratio of expected loss to total amount bet, all betting strategies and money management systems are equally worthless. How much you bet and why should depend on the reason you are playing in the first place. Whatever form of money management you choose, once a bet is made you should always follow the best mathematical play. Finally, never pay for a betting strategy. As mentioned, they are all equally worthless, so you may as well use one of the free ones easily found on the Internet.
