Of the first 4 early games, i think i like MINNESOTA the most. However, i don't completely trust this team, so that's why i'm not taking this play any further than a very small lean.

I'm excited to watch Cornell and Temple play, as i really like both teams alot. It's a shame for me personally that they are playing each other in the 1st round. I think this game ends right where oddsmakers have it, 3 or 4 points.....

Good afternoon, Mike!

What are your thoughts on the Pitt-Oakland game? I've seen the line as low as 9.5 and as high as 11 throughout the week. I heard Chad Millman say that he talked to a bookmaker who believed the fair line was 5, but felt that they needed to make the line higher or else they would get way too much action from the public on Pitt.

My brother is a Golden Grizzlie athlete in another sport and has seen them play all season. He says they are inconsistent and struggled in the weak Summit league. They definitely wouldn't have been in the tournament had they not won the Summit.

With notable blowout losses to Syracuse, Kansas, and Michigan State as well as a double digit loss to Wisconsin, can Oakland keep it close with Pitt or do you see another blowout? Thank you my friend!

 Mike, just read your daily message.. You bring up a great point that people need to read.  Too many times in this industry to people slip big losses under the rug, or hell.. slip bad seasons under the rug.  If you're paying for college hoops picks, you should know how the guy is doing in this years college hoops season not last years MLB or the last 20 Super Bowls haha.

OK, no money.  Friendly wager on this game.  I'll take the X men.  My big ten senses are telling me that this Gopher team is done! 

I think Minnesota is happy to be in the tourney and are bound to show people they deserve to be there. I'm backing the Gophers, but I don't feel confident enough to make a play. Maybe Mike can convince me.
