CBB:
I was able to go 3-1 on Thursday with Ohio, Sam Houston State, and Lehigh winning. While East Tennessee State got behind and never really had a shot for the lone lose. That puts my threads at 32-11 the L/14 days in CBB. For the week I stand at 5-3, +3.4-units, and continue looking to grind out the profits one/week at a time.
2* Morgan State +17.5 Loss
2* Cornell +3.5 WINNER
2* New Mexico State +13.5 WINNER
The lines look tighter to me today, and I replaced Vermont with Cornell as that's a lot of value gone from that game after they announced the Forward wasn't playing.
I had Morgan State over Murray State on Bracket Buster Saturday, and they didn't disappoint leading at halftime and covered in the end. I think they can make a game of it here.
Cornell must be ready to go against a tough minded defensive team, and it's been a long time since an Ivy League team even won a game. However my number show a slight SU win here so I'll ride that.
New Mexico State seems to be everyones darling 12 over 5 seed this year. If they can figure out Tom Izzo's defense I feel they can definitely make a game of it. The Aggies are on a roll, and have to feel like they can beat just about anyone right now.

Nice start yesterday Doc! It was pretty ugly for me after the first set of games. My big play today is on the Golden Gophers.
Good luck today, hope you keep rolling!
Doc Buddy, hittin em hard the last couple weeks! With you on NMSU.. was leaning the other way on that Cornell game, but not much stake in it for me other than the fact that i picked Temple in most of my brackets!

Good deal. I was hoping to get some confirmation from You, Mike, or Dfresh on this NMST game. I'm working from my Blackberry today, and forum surfing time will be limited. Good luck to you as Sac.

Thank you for the words. I rarely fall into that CHASE category and am certainly not after one rough day. I had this game pegged as my largest wager in round one prior to yesterday, so it was definitely not a seat of my pants decision. The stats I look at point to Minnesota and I love seeing the public on X. I also like thatan 11 seed is favored over a 6 seed even with the public on the higher seed. That said, I know it will be a tight game and Minnesota has been known to blow leads, so hopefullyTubby has them ready to roll!
The other game that baffles me is that Michigan St game. I will not be touching it, but I don't understand why the 5-12 matchups are 4-5 pt spreads and this one is 13.5. The public is rolling in on NMSU (from what I've seen) and the line hasn't budged. The numbers I look at point to NMSU as well, but I can't pull the trigger on them. Good luck and I'll be rooting for you!

2* New Mexico State +13.5
Well another easy winner & loser just the way I like it. It's going to be up to New Mexico State to get me a winning day.
No Limit it's good to have you on board. We are with some good cappers, and against some good ones as well.
Black Mamba yeah I know your not a chaser and have a good sense of how to manage money. Sorry the game didn't work out your way. Those betting percentages are good to look at, but not a tell all. I understand the line movement thing, but at this time of the year I go with what "I" like not what everyone else does. No use muddying the waters between the ears you know. Good luck the rest of the way Boss. Last year in round 2 everyone was on Western Kentucky over Gonzaga at 80%. The line was WKU +11.5, and it had no line movement and if anything the line went the opposite way from the percentages. My numbers were strong on WKU, and I didn't bundge. They covered easily. In fact they took Gonzaga to overtime. Sometimes you just gotta roll with what brought to the dance win or lose. That is the case for me tonight.
Peace
