What's up guys? PINATA worked out well last night. Good stuff, that's the end of my touting. Moving on, NCAA Tournament Day 1 today. Let's get to work. 2 plays are already in the system. I mentioned in the paid play writeup that i was looking at a few other games. For everyone else, those games i'm considering still are:
SAN DIEGO ST. +3.5 Tennessee
UTEP +2.5 Butler
I'll give my take on other games shortly.....

yeah i thought if they got to +4 that would likely be good enough for me as well. They will give Tennessee fits, as they match up with them so well. As long as they can avoid the jitters, they truly are the better team right now in better form.
I would only go small on this wager though!

My thoughts on the 'EARLY" games
VILLANOVA vs. ROBERT MORRIS.....This line is creeping down. Villanova is getting loads of respect, and then none at all. Fact is, this team shouldn't of been seeded this high. This total is coming down as well, not a good sign for Villanova bettors. I don't have a lean here, but i absolutely wouldn't be backing Nova here.
ODU vs. NOTRE DAME.....Flat out, i think ODU wins this game outright. The ONLY reason why i didn't back them here is that i don't trust them at the free throw line. Each possession is going to be critical, as this will be 1 of two games today that feature a crawling pace of play. This is a bad matchup for ND though, as what they've had success with of late plays right into the hands of ODU. This is going to be a fun game to watch if you like the first team getting to 40 winning.
BYU vs. FLORIDA......Of course i don't have a wager on this game, BYU has been the 1 team that's bitten me more than any other. The reason that is is simple. BYU has an offense that is very, very efficient and they shoot free throws so well. I like that, and i like the fact that they are so well coached. I think BYU is underrated coming into this tourney, and deserved a far better seed than they got. That being said, i'm not so sure Florida should even be in the dance. I should have got it on this game at the opening -3.5 number. Regardless, i'll be excited to watch Jimmer and company win this game. I can only hope that BYU is down at the half, so i can make a half time wager on them.
