Here's some early thoughts on this one...
Maryland was the darling of the ACC this year with late season run and upset of Duke...
Maryland won their last 7 games...
Georgia Tech was just 3-5 their last 8 Games...
Two of Tech's 3 wins were against dismal N. Carolina...
Georgia Tech played last night...
Maryland had a Bye and plays with rest...
So why as hot as Maryland is the line only -4 is the question???

Mid Day Update
This line has not moved at all sitting on -4 all day yet the public continues to fire away on Maryland so why isn't this line going up? I'm seeing nearly 7000 Bets and 77% of them are on Maryland so if the line isn't moving that has to tell me that the 23% of the Georgia Tech bets have to be large bets to keep this line balanced at -4.
So far I haven't seen a reason not to take Georgia Tech but we will make the final decision at 6:15 EST

Ok guys we are going to proceed with this play on Georgia Tech as we have a play that has gotten 71% of the public action with over 15,000 Bets and the line stayed at -4 till Bodog finally moved it to -4.5 Maryland...
From a handicapping standpoint you have a team who played yesterday playing a team who didn't which if you watched this week's podcast I told you how the rested teams don't do well...just 6-10 yesterday and 0-5 today...so if you listened to what I said in the podcast and bet against those teams you would be 15-6 right now....this is one of those plays as well.
