Cal Poly fought hard last night and did what Irvine did to them the previous week. The big difference is that one team did it when it really mattered, just like we predicted. Lots of work to do today, let's get right down to it.
Here are leans and thoughts for games that start "earlier" in the day.

AKRON -6.5 Eastern Michigan
IOWA +8 Michigan
ARIZONA -1 Ucla
SOUTHERN MISS +5 Uab
I will confirm a potential play on any of these games by 1:00 EASTERN. We've seen home important line movement is in these conference tournaments, so i'm not going to compromise any chance of winning just to get these out any sooner.
Of the very early tips, i was closely looking at both GEORGETOWN and WESTERN MICHIGAN. I came closest to playing WESTERN MICHIGAN, but backed off. The biggest reason why is because that game simply looks too easy. I thought the line should have came out a bit different, and i wasn't able to figure out exactly why the line came out the way it did.

They clearly have been hurt in the talent dept due to Calvin Sampson's dumbass, but they fight so hard for Tom Crean that I just want a Big Ten tournament win for those kids so bad. They got destroyed @ Michigan and it's probably the worst possible first round matchup they could have hoped for (they are awful against extremely athletic teams). It's a shocker to me that this line isn't double digits, watching Iowa play all year..

i agree completely with your takes on Johnson last night. SacLawson first told me about his 34 in the 2nd half. Unbelievable, and on his biggest stage.
The funny thing now is how we are all going to have to hear about "the best players you've never heard of" come NCAA TOURNAMENT time. I love that stuff, as it just plays into what the media is truly all about.
Just remember, our money counts the same as the people that just start betting just because its the NCAA Tournament. Yet another example of why we crush the books every March.....

you are right, they did get destroyed when they played at Michigan, but let's not forget how they played the very next time.
Fact is, this line is low just like you mentioned. Why then is this line not moving???
I'll say this: Teams that got swept in the regular season have been able to play tough the 3rd time. Fact is, 8 points is alot when talking about Michigan vs. Iowa. Of course Iowa doesn't match up well with Michigan. Iowa is one of the most UN-athletic teams in all of D1. They aren't going to match up well with some high schools.
But is Michigan really 8 PTS better TODAY? That's the question. I do have a lean to Iowa, but i'm not playing it.
I gave my word i wouldn't back teams with terrible offenses. I had the lean to Air Force but didn't play it. I have a lean to Iowa today, but i'm not playing it.
