Sharp- You might consider that not everyone who bets wants to be a "sharp handicapper." Yes- they do want winners but they might care less about the "thought processes" or any other thing you might feel they should concern themselves with. If they ride someone else blindly and lose- that's on them.
Losing (I'm sure) matters but maybe not enough to keep them from going about betting in the way that's most convenient to them. Also, many likely recognize that there are people who handicap better and they acknowledge this by following their selections (a wise choice on their part). If you aren't a solid capper- you will most certainly lose.
