Agree 100% on Wichita State. I saw that seed and thought it must be some kind of mistake. Marshall will milk that as incentive to his kids for all it's worth.

Maryland getting a higher seed than Wisconsin makes no sense.  Wake getting in over Syracuse is a joke, not to mention Providence and Marquette. Entire Big East was overvalued

I like Wichita State and think they may be a little underseeded but I don't think its nearly as bad as people are saying.  Tough for me to think they deserve a much better seeding with zero really good wins the entire season.

The only reason the Shockers ended up with that seeding is because they screwed Illinois St.....They needed to justify themselves. For the first year it's become a placing contest. FGCU Vs. FSU?.....No. Kentucky Vs. Kentucky....Reminds me of CFB bowl season right now.

I have to agree with mr. Moke. They have played 3 games against tournament teams and lost all 3. 2 by double digits and to a young and injured Michigan st by 5. The have 3 top 100 wins 2 against Illinois st(who I will get in a minute) and a Gian Clavell-less Colorado st team. Illinois st has 2 top 100 wins  against Wichita and a Tim Williams-less New Mexico team. And they lost to Tulsa , San Fran, and Murray st. The MVC was terrible this year. Evansville and N. Iowa were way down and the rest of the league sucks. I don't see the reason for all the outrage. In fact I think Dayton +6 and half might be a pretty good bet. But we will see. This is the stuff that makes this tournament awesome!!

I have to agree with mr. Moke. They have played 3 games against tournament teams and lost all 3.

They did beat South Dakota State who made the tournament.

Lol. Sorry you are right. SDST is probably the worst team in tournament. Also on taking Dayton + 6 and a half. Dayton has only lost 1 game all year by more then that spread.

Reference of never losing by a spread this large really has no relevance because in fact they have not played any of the teams or conference with her about the face

I respectfully disagree. Who these teams play and how they play them is all we have to go on. In order to cap and evaluate these games  you have to look at the season as a whole , who did they play, who did they beat, who did they lose to, by how much, how they match up, circumstances surrounding wins and losses, I really think all this matters. Dayton as an experienced and veteran team that has proven to me by their wins and losses that they will battle til the end, play great defense and they have a great coach. They played a much tougher schedule in a much better conference then Wichita St. They beat or lost to, by very close margins, teams that are better or just as good as Wichita. So I think even though their schedules are different it is very relevant who they played and how they played them. And when talking about the spread involved it matters how much you win or lose by. Now all this being said it is the NCAA tournament and we are talking about 18-20 year old kids so Wichita could win by 20, but I wouldn't bet on it.
