The officiating in the Utah-Duke game was a complete joke and actually hard to believe. They really ruined what early on, looked like what was going to be a great contest. The free throws at the end were beyond words. A horrible thing to do to the kids, bringing them back out onto the court. Coach K ought to be ashamed of himself for pressing the issue with the ref. It appeared that he could have told him to forget about it, the game was over, and we're done. If I was Utah's Coach K, I would have told Krzyzewski and the referee to pound sand and kept his boys in the locker room. I did not have a play on the game but was rooting for The Pac-12. I will say that I have never blamed an official for a loss and hope to never do so in the future. The zebras botched this one pretty darn good though - from start to finish - and most of all, in my opinion, ruined what could have been a really nice college basketball game between two good teams. The best officiated games are those that play out with one hardly knowing the officials were even there. Unfortunately in this game, they made themselves a very big part of a few really ugly scenarios and firmly left their mark on the game, which negatively stains any good athletic competition.
