Hope everyone did well and are collecting some money this week. There are a couple plays that I do like tonight. I want to see how Sabres play as they go on the road to play back to back games, playing in Winnipeg tomorrow. I have been looking ahead to Tuesday's card and have 3 maybe 4 leans, so I have been working more on Tuesday's card. I am looking for value. I am going to play:
Also I am starting a new job, an offer I could not refuse from a person that I used to work for, especially for the rest of December, yes that will be taking up more time in my day, but I will still be putting in the work on NHL, but there will probably be less write-ups, so I can spend as much of the time that I can handicapping and reviewing lines, injuries, goalies, etc. First overall losing day in weeks was Saturday but it was a minor setback for a major comeup. Its been a 21-8 run last 29 picks. Let's keep it going. I am leaning Tampa tonight at +100 and I do like Buffalo, but tonight I like the Isles to pick up a needed home win, in regulation for 1*.
1* NY Islanders -1/2 regulation -115. Goalie for NJD is making his 4th start of the year, he cannot be any worse than Cory Schnieder the normal goalie..The Devils tonight are without Cammalleri, key forward who can score (3rd on team in scoring). The Isles won on Saturday after dropping 3 straight, back on home ice and still without Boychuk and Harmonic, the Isles will add another loss to the Devils streak. Prediction is 3-1.
1* Tampa Bay Lightning +100 ml - I like Tampa to play a strong game tonight in Pittsburgh tonight. Just going to play one unit on this one.
Also, going to play 1* on the over in tonight's game Saints/Bears - over 54. Best of luck
Tuesday's leans:
Tuesday could potentially have 3 or 4 strong plays. The lines with value will determine the picks. Just to give you all a heads up.
Toronto - on fire at home, and taking on an Anaheim team that is playing really good hockey. For those who have not read JRICH's post about how oddsmakers are undervaluing the Leafs, go check it out, it is very true. Anaheim is going for its 8th straight win. Anaheim has been on the road 4 of their last 5, another road game for Anaheim taking on a Maple Leaf's team who is been lights out. I believe Leafs at home will be able to take care of business. Anaheim has two more road games after the Leafs as well. They play well on the road, but they have a tall task to go into Leafs house and win one...If Leaf's are plus money again or a short number, i will take it.
Detroit -1/2
Montreal - at home have been on fire, it would not surprise me in the least that they extend their streak to 3 straight W's.
Winnipeg -1/2
Nashville -140 ml is what I am seeing early.
Philly - Depending how Tampa plays tonight, they are going to face a red hot Flyers team at home, who has been scoring at will. Oh and If Evgeni Nabokov starts for Tampa Bay instead of Bishop going back to back, that is where i see a huge edge in favor of Philly.
Tomorrow I will confirm and post the plays, I would expect probably 3 plays and we will make a parlay as well, lets strat the week off right.
