Congrats numbersgame. When needing the late goal, you were definitely better off needing the Hawks to score than the other way around.
Thanks- I completely agree. Once it got down to the last 7-8 minutes I felt Chicago would get one in- they were very aggressive. Those are nerve racking moments. Kanes shot @ the 19:44 mark was very slick and I thought that it was going in. It didn't even appear that he was set up for such a sweet shot, but luckily it got blocked- then again he shot @ the last second. As I mentioned above- this was a great effort for both Calgary's D and Hiller especially. Hopefully this kicks off some strong play for him as well as the entire team. I think so- but I believe in the end San Jose gets the Cup. Just checked this morning and they are +1400. I haven't placed a future yet ,but plan to within a few days. I'm going with 4-5 teams. The Wild sitting @ +1300 seem to have a slight chance, but I don't have such a strong feel as I believe with the Sharks. They have plenty of talent and a big chip on their shoulder from last year. Up 3-0 to lose the series was brutal- Dave Cokin wrote about that to some degree in his 1st free play of the season which was the Sharks beating L.A. on opening night. They did as you know. I think they are going be big trouble for everyone all year.
