Vancouver+125
Well since theres no pointspread they really cant cover. But it sounds good right? Anyways forgive me for my hurried write up , but I dont have alot of time today so here it is:
Take a look at these stats! Dallas has beaten Vancouver 4 straight by a score of 17-4. Kari leghtonen is 4-0-0 with a 0.95 GAA in his last 5 vs Vancouver. Ryan Miller is 0-3-1 with a 3.49 GAA vs Dallas L 4! However, Im going against the stats and trends tonight for a couple of reasons. 1 is Ryan miller may have bad numbers vs Dallas because last year he played with the Buffalo Sabres we cant blame the losses entirely on him. Although Miller is 3-0-0 this year with a 1.95 GAA, they have been against mediocre teams. Tonight will be a bigger test for miller and will give him extra incentive to show his stuff with his new team. 2nd and most importantly, this will 1st year head coach Willie Desjardins first time back in Dallas, an organization that he spent the last four years coaching. This is a game that he circled and wants very badly to win. “I have lots of thoughts about going back to Dallas,” Desjardins said Monday before the Canucks’ flight to Big D. “There are lots of great guys on that team that I’ve coached and I have tons of respect for. I have a lot of respect for the organization and what does that mean? It means I want to win more.” (Vancouver sun) these are players that that's DesJardins knows very well from coaching in the minors and in the NHL. It's because of these two factors that I give Vancouver a slight edge on the road to get it done here. All the Best Ziggybeats added plays in my picks section...
