Hey guys.
Trying to clarify difference between the two...
For example:
Tonight's Calves Hawks game, line I have with my book is wavering between Hawks -2.5, to -3. SportsbookSpy shows that an overwhelming percentage of spread bets are on Atlanta so does this mean that the public is hammering the Hawks and the sharps are hammering back with the Calves?
If this is the case, how would you tell if the sharps and the public were on the same side? If this above line were to suddenly jump to -5 would that be an example of sharps and squares on the same side? Thanks.
Finally, what is more likely to make a line move, sharp or public money? Cheers.
