(going to merge Topic of the Day & Getting to Know Pregame)Yesterday: Topic of the Day: What are you most grateful for?Leaving an office job at Ford making 65k+, benefits (in my early/mid 20's, now 37), etc to take a flyer on my first web site (LetItRideSports.com). Had a great job as an investigator looking into fraud, part diversion, counterfeiting, copyright infringement, etc. Plus, I traveled, had weekends off, holidays, tons of vacation and sick time. Money to money on a yearly basis on paper I look like an idiot on where I would be now on in terms of my bosses planned career path for me. But long term, personal happiness, people I have met, loving what I do and a list long as Marco's take-out order at McDonalds, very happy AND proud of the decision I made.

How can I be " all washed up" if I'm so damn dirty?
Raising four beautiful daughters and maintaining my sanity somehow. I can honestly say I did my very, very best with all of them. I stayed engaged with their activities and on top of their day to day lives. I saw so many parents get frustrated and basically throw up their hands and you simply can't do that as a parent. You're in it for the long haul. I've put all of them through good colleges although my youngest has not quite made it to the finish line yet but is on course to do so. College tuition at good schools is a load but the kids and I got it done. They are all well adjusted, good people I am very proud to claim as my own. I would say that is what I am most proud of.
Quit smokin cigs and drinkin a lil over a year ago. Cold turkey.
