NAVY - 3 1/2 over Southern Mississippi
Watched every Navy game to date this year, as well as Southern Mississippi. Southern Mississippi in my opinion is heavily over rated power rating wise. Navy running attack could very well control the ball and the clock, vs. what I believe to be much weaker opponent. Thank you!
