Cerutti Brown and his LV Basketball Enterprises think they have the solution for the college one and dones in NCAA basketball--a semi-pro basketball team called the Las Vegas Dealers. Teddy Covers and Steve Fezzik have differing views about the chance this Vegas team will succeed. With teenage basketball phenoms set to earn $100,000 to $700,000 for McDonalds All-Americans, Teddy sees this as an opportunity for kids to make serious money in the year after high school. Fezzik though thinks the team won't have much exposure playing basketball in October competing against football as they would in something like the NBA Summer League, which works very well in Vegas because it comes during the slow sports days of summer.
What do you guys think? Any chance this team sees a tip off this fall?
