I agree. The only true consensus their could ever be would be a bettor run consensus. I mean, the sites that offer these splits also have ads for sports books. That should tell you right there. If this site offered info that gave bettors an edge to win, would sports books try to get them as customers? I don't think so.
Obviously, there are a lot of accuracy concerns with any numbers donated to us by the books. I mean, if they really wanted to help us, why not just tell us what the winning syndicates are playing. Say, hey guys just to let you know, this syndicate out of California has blah blah blah. Lumping everyone together into one big category is what makes it so misleading and really unusable. I mean if a game is 53/47, on which side is the smart money, where are the majority of the suckers? This are facts you'd desperately want to know if you could, but that's the stuff they will never provide and no one that sells ads to sports books will provide it either.
I know people like to look at them, I was just wondering what % of bettors do.
