People will riot... hahaha. I'm really uneducated on the legal aspects of it but I don't see how different it is than gambling. Those daily leagues are like just betting "over" on player props each week for the players you choose. With the popularity of the NFL and the fantasy explosion that came with it I don't see it becoming banned.
they could probably shut down sites like fanduel that have daily games, but not leagues like I'm in with friends, money involved but they don't have resources to go door to door lol and then they would have to prove we did gave money involved
I can see them going after the daily ones that take a % before going after ESPN or Sportsline since they only host the leagues.
The thing with Fanduel is, if you choose anything other than the Paypal method of withdrawing money, they want all your info so they can report seasonal winnings of over $600 to the IRS. At least that was the way I interpreted it...
