The majority of us try to cap games ourselves and do well enough when we find a game that fits.
Using either recent trends, injury reports, line movements, weather reports, or look ahead situations, we all have a formula on why we like a certain side.
BUT the trap that majority of us non "sharps" fall into is having that Brett Favre itch to bet basically any game out there.
For instance I believe I do very well with College Football and NFL, as a kid who played in High School and know guys in D1 I feel I know how to read football overall. Although those two sports are mainly Thursday-Sundays, the situation is how can one control themselves throughout the week.
For anyone that isn't so strong in other sports look to sites as Pregame and others for info and possible leans and free plays, although these situations rarely work out.
Daily sports now like NBA, CBB, NHL are sports I follow, but no where near as close as knowledgeable as football. Everyone's goal is to be up before entering the weekend and then make bank. But long term gamblers hope to strive 57% success to see a profit they enjoy.
So throwing in those daily plays you wouldn't normally be on because there is a line out and someone recommends it, but not as premium play isn't the smartest strategy to increase or manage your bank roll. And we all love those GUARANTEE teasers and parlays then have one team barely cover it.
Just having a rough few weeks playing too many nightly games I normally wouldn't so felt there's a lot of you guys in a similar situation that can relate. Self control is key!
